TRAINING and STUDIES

As a medium-sized company, we focus on training our own young specialists, as well as the possibility of a second training programme for career changers.

Our specialisms are:

• Plastics and rubber technologist
• Tool mechanic specialising in mould technology
• Mechatronics technician

We work closely with the State University of Cooperative Education in Bautzen and the Gera-Eisenach Cooperative State University in the fields of plastics technology and industrial engineering.

Not sure whether a technical apprenticeship is right for you?

Then do an internship with us. With us, you can get a taste of plastic injection moulding, vacuum metallisation or toolmaking and get an idea of the profession.

We also offer the opportunity to gain first impressions as a holiday jobber during the school holidays.
