In addition to plastic injection moulding and the metallization of plastic parts, ZEIBINA also offers the assembly of plastic components. We offer you everything from a single source. The great advantage here is that you as a customer benefit from continuous production control, which is the prerequisite for smooth assembly. In the event of any problems during assembly, changes can be made directly during production. The assembly of metallized plastic components takes place in Puschwitz.  

There is also the option of assembly at our subsidiary plant in Luban, Poland, which is close to the border. Assemblies of a complex nature are manufactured here. This is where the professional assembly of individual modules or components into a finished product takes place. This includes the assembly of sealing rings, the ultrasonic welding of plastic components (other types of welding already in the portfolio), the joining of plastic parts with metal blanks using hydraulic presses, the soldering of electronic components and the assembly of final products such as washing pumps. This plant is located a short distance from the main plant in Puschwitz (near Bautzen).
