At ZEIBINA, special emphasis is placed on active cooperation in the development phase of the components. This includes the plastic-compatible design of the component as well as the analysis and determination of improvement potentials. This includes, among other things, specifications for the design of injection/punching/follow-on composite tools, as well as automation and assembly devices. The Solid Works design software (Step format) is used for this. The processing and data management, e.g. of CATIA data, is of course also ensured.

We also implement our own innovation projects via ZIM projects (Central Innovation Program for SMEs) or collaborate on them.

We are currently developing processes in the following areas, among others:

• Autonomous driving of the future, process development for the production of radar antennas
  
  
• Shielding of plastic parts for electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) by means of PVD coating
  
  
• Production of camera components without separating burr, protruding glass fibers and contamination with microparticles
  
  
• Avoidance of inhomogeneous surfaces in the reflection area of headlight reflectors
