measurement technology

Our state-of-the-art measurement technology plays a crucial role. With precise measuring instruments and advanced technology, as well as highly trained personnel, we monitor and control all relevant parameters to ensure that our products meet the highest quality standards. As part of continuous improvement, measurement technology supports our toolmaking team in optimizing our tools. Our measuring laboratory is specially designed for this requirement and is fully air-conditioned.

  • Zeiss Inspect software application Software application for data evaluation after a measurement with an optical measuring device or another system, such as a computer tomograph

  • 3D coordinate measuring technology: By using 3D coordinate measuring machines (CMM), we can measure complex components with the highest precision and ensure that they meet the required specifications.

  • optical measurement technology: Our optical measurement systems enable non-contact and highly accurate measurement, ideal for sensitive or difficult-to-access components.

  • surface and roughness measurement: With our advanced surface and roughness measurement equipment, we ensure that all surfaces meet the required quality criteria.

  • coating thicknesses: We are able to measure the thickness of the aluminum layer and the protective layer (HMDS) on finished parts or glass plates. This guarantees the quality and therefore the durability of our metallized products.

  • laser transparency: We can measure the required laser transparency of plastic parts for subsequent laser welding and monitor it during series production.

  • testing of connectors: All manufactured connectors (plug connections) are monitored using continuity and short-circuit tests. We also have a range of measurement technology at our disposal for determining insertion and withdrawal forces, as well as for determining leakage rates for sealing requirements.
