Walter Zeibig founded ZEIBINA KG in Dresden.
Initially, an efficient thermoset injection molding and extrusion molding shop was set up.

Our company has stood for family-run tradition, quality and flexibility in plastics processing in eastern Saxony since 1955.
Our business strategy is geared towards long-term supply relationships with the automotive industry, electrical engineering/electronics industry, as well as the medical technology and consumer goods sectors.
Our company is a partner for worldwide deliveries to Europe, China and the NAFTA region, starting from our sites in Puschwitz (Germany/Saxony), Lubań (Poland) and Považská Bystrica (Slovakia).
Our valuable team of 98 employees sees itself as a constantly learning community that works to the highest standards in our service portfolio for our business partners.

This was followed by an expansion with the location in Puschwitz (East Saxony) – the company’s current headquarters.

1972
The company was nationalized and renamed Plast-Elektronik. The company made a name for itself as one of the largest and most efficient manufacturers of plastic parts for electrical engineering.
1972
1980
The company was awarded the gold medal „Messegold“ for the development of the module connector in accordance with TGL37203. It stands for the recognition of the high scientific and technical level.

Under the management of company founder Walter Zeibig, the company was reprivatized as ZEIBINA ELEKTRONIK GmbH with headquarters in Dresden and production facilities in Puschwitz.

The company entered the automotive supply industry and purchased its first PVD metallization system.

Establishment of locations in Lubań (Poland) and Považská Bystrica (Slovakia) to expand market activities in Eastern and Southern Europe.

Expansion of overmolding technology with investment of 2 million euros in 8 fully automated vertical injection molding machines and retrofit punching and bending machine for the production of contact pins in the carrier strip.

Acquisition of the 4th PVD metallization system for design parts in the car front light sector.
