Plastic injection molding is the heart of the company. Our company uses injection molding machines from 25t to 420t, extensive peripheral equipment and robot technology to manufacture a wide variety of technical plastic products, classified into the functional components, design components and connectivity components divisions. Each of these sectors has its own requirement profile, to which we contribute our technical know-how for our customers.

Technical components are characterized by their smooth functioning at their subsequent place of use. Dimensional accuracy is essential for this. Only if this is fulfilled can the parts meet the requirements 100%.
For design parts, the focus is on other requirements. As the name suggests, it is all about the design and, in particular, the appearance of the components. Here, everything revolves around free-form surfaces and the implementation of complex geometries, as well as the avoidance of visual defects.
ZEIBINA’s expertise covers all services in the field of injection molding. This includes support in the development phase and component design, preparation of DFM and mold flow analyses, presentation of the tool concept and ensuring process stability.

- Modern injection molding machine park in the clamping force range at the Puschwitz site from 25 to 420 tons and the Povazska Bystrica site from 25 to 400 tons, as well as other vertical injection molding machines with rotary table function (see overmolding portfolio)
- High degree of automation: use of linear robots with pressureless removal suction cups and 6-axis robots with multi-cavity grippers
- Production of technical and optical components with high-gloss and grained surfaces to the highest quality standards
- Extensive practical experience with surface specifications of well-known automobile manufacturers and the use of graining and etching structures from Krüth and Standex
- Support in the development phase with the design of components
- Our standard customer service: Presentation of the DFM analysis prior to new tool construction. If required, a mold flow and warpage analysis is carried out.
