The construction of new injection moulds, punching and assembly tools plays an essential role, and we cooperate internationally with panel suppliers who specialize in the following sectors:

• Technical plastic parts
• Visible parts with graining and textures and very high visual requirements
• Plastic – metal – hybrid parts with high tolerance requirements
• Contact elements and punching grids
• Assembly tools and automation devices

Our purchasing network of qualified tool molds ranges from regional to international (Europe, Asia).

New mould construction is actively supported and monitored from design, DFM analysis, design approval and deadline monitoring through to series production.

Our company also has its own tool shop department.

Careful, regular internal tool maintenance for injection molds and punching tools throughout the product life cycle to ensure quality and customer satisfaction serves to ensure smooth series production. The processes are carried out by highly trained tool mechanics specializing in high-gloss polishing for tool surfaces in mould construction.

Another division at ZEIBINA is fixture construction, where gauges for measuring, fixture production and contour fixtures for the PVD process are developed using a 3D design program and manufactured in-house with our machinery.
